Carry is an artist who was raised in the Midwest and only recently moved to New Mexico. She is an outstanding basketmaker. She's become skilled in the use of natural dyes, and makes beautiful shapes and textures in her baskets. She is also a fine bead craftsman. She sells beadwork in the Univ of Fla. art gallery in Gainesville, Florida. She also is selling at A BEAD OR TWO and the JUBILATION GALLERY in Silver City. Recently got some pieces in JULIENNE's gallery in Mesilla plaza just south of Las Cruces, NM. Send Carry Wilcox some mail.

Bob is a musician and doctor. He works in the ER at Silver City's good hospital Gila Regional Medical Center. He enjoys paleontology and the archaeology of this lovely Southwest wilderness area. There is a nice assemblage of birds in our back yard today. We have House finch, plain titmouse, curvebilled Thrasher, white-winged dove, band-tailed pigeon, rufous hummingbird, black-chinned, and rufous hummers, spotted towhee and Canyon towhees. Several scrub jays, and there's the phainopepla perched on a small oak with lots of mistletoe. Ravens fly by often. Early this AM 6 grey foxes gamboled thru.
Regis is an 18 year old man who shows promising skill at poetry and short story. He has just matriculated at UNM in Albuquerque. He feels good about everything so far. We're glad that he has his friends the McKinleys to keep company. Feel free to drop a line to Regis I'm sure he'd love to hear from all poets, friends, etc. Here's a picture of Regis.
How old are You? Louis is a wonderful boy of 10 years old. Right now he goes to Guadalupe Montessori School in Silver City. He just started Bob's class at Montessori school. He is an excellent naturalist and he loves to walk in the New Mexico hills. David Attenborough is the man he's most probably going to emulate. Travel the world over and bring it all to you. Mitchell is NOW EIGHT YEAR OLD! He is in Josette's elementary class this year. He is learning reading and geography skills. He loves to cut anything with the scissors. He really enjoyed the family trip to Austria this summer. Mitch's birthday is Jan. 23. If you write to Mitchell, please tell us about your favorite paper project. Mitch loves to eat by the way.
